FANTASTIC job, amazing service I brought my car in for some body work - not only was the repair impeccable, they fixed minor dings and scratches that I had accumulated over the years, free of charge! On top of that, my car was finished quickly, was cleaned inside and out, and they double checked with me to see if they should send the bill to me, or my insurance. Great guys, wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.

Professional & Friendly Repair Shop Being fairly new to Chicago and Lakeview, I had no idea where to go when my car had an unfortunate accident with a dumpster. The team at European & US Car Service were awesome. They made the process easy, providing a quick and reasonable quote, helping me coordinate with my insurance company and auto rental (including pick-up and drop-off services!). The repair and auto body work was completed ahead of schedule, and they even washed and vacuumed my car! Highly recommend to anyone in need of collision repair, body work or any type of car or auto service.

Personal Attention and Great Work I have a 2005 BMW 330xi and I am a meticulous about my car. I like to keep it in perfect condition. Most people would not be bothered with what really bothers me. I had scratched the rear wheel on a curb and wanted it fixed. Another shop had told me it would cost $200 and that I should wait until it got worse. I then went to European US Car Service and they told me to come back the next morning and it would take a day. Warren the owner was there to greet me as I walked in. We walked around the car and I also asked about a scratch and a bumper adjustment. Warren told me that would not be a problem to fix and he brought his technician over to look at the wheel and told me they would fill and refinish the wheel and it would look like new. The quote for the wheel was less than the first place and I felt like I mattered and my concerns were being taken seriously. He looked at my worried look and handed me his card and told me to call him if I was not pleased.I was thrilled with the work and would recommend them to family and friends. When Only the Best will Do! I have a 2004 BMW 325xi and this is the only place I go to for body work. I've had 3 repairs done here in the last year and a half and the finish is just perfect. I'm extremely particular when it comes to my car and the car looks and runs better after the crash than even before the crash! I have to admit that it's expensive here, but money is not an issue if the other driver is at fault. The owner Warren even gave me a free interior and exterior detailing after my 2nd and 3rd repair! So I actually keep their business card in my wallet in the event of an accident!

Amazing Service - Fast Work I was referred to EuroUS by a friend for body work on my Audi S4. I don't live near their shop, but was told it was worth the trip, and it certainly was. The staff there is extremely friendly and the body shop and paint guys did an amazing job. They also did the work extremely fast, they only had my car for 2 days! The car looks like new!! Definitely a great place to take your car.

A Great Surprise I was referred to EuroUS by State Farm for a body repair. It was the closest place to where I live. They did an excellent job with the repair (granted it was simple). Equally importantly, they did a great job with all the small things...the staff was friendly, as a State Farm preferred vendor the claims process was simple beyond believe, they were had no problem letting me leave the car for a week (I was out of town), my car was clean and defrosted when I picked it up, Thank You!

I was recently involved in hit and run in the middle of the night, and had my car towed there. They were great with State Farm, but unfortunately, my car was declared totaled. I live on the North Side and their location is very easy to get to via public transportation.

I wanted to get things out of my car (city sticker, sunglasses, ice scraper, lic. plates) before it was towed away and they were very nice to me. Very polite and helpful.

I'm def going to keep them in mind when I get a replacement car, for when it needs service.
